Return policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is the possibility of changing the product within 14 days of receipt. Refund is not possible. The product should be in excellent condition, just as you received it. You can choose another product of equal or greater value. You must send us an e-mail at sales@lousou.gr or contact us at 2281088555. The return must be made with the same courier company with which we sent you the original parcel. The change of products is charged with the amount of € 5.00, which corresponds to the cost of the costs of the process. In case of change, any additional costs are charged as cash on delivery and are paid upon delivery of the parcel.
